A lot of clinicians want to just get all their tests done on day one. You can't do that. If you're going to do an overnight dex suppression, that has to be separated. The shortcut is if the DHA sulfate is above 100 microgram per deal, regardless of age or sex, that patient does not have subconical cushions.
