i've been doing manful yoga for eight or nine years now. Through that time, i've mostly been doing yoga and weight training made up a significant portion of my fitness as an athlete. I just didn't feel like this yogo only work out version of me was just temporary. And actually, when i met you and we did that assessment,. i was ot like 164 pounds, and the the in body assessment gave like a reading of four point six % body fat. O, gerry milen, yes. That helped guide me in terms of how i thought about your, your train an where i wanted to drive some of the adoptations with the training programme.
