The Fear of Artificial Intelligence

I think the fear is that somehow this, this beast will come to exist in a form that can't be just turned off. I think there's a fear that it could either happen either by mistake or in competency,. Or perhaps by some artificial intelligence. But I'm not going to uniquely worry about it and say we should never have a nuclear ICBMs.
