Is One on One Better Than Group Workshops?
I'm really excited about doing one on one's because a lot of times if I'm in the right frame of mind you tend to just ask questions and people tend to get to the answer themselves which is super fantastic. So, yeah. What do you like better to lead workshops or to do one on one sessions? You know every time I do. Some team will come and say, ah, we had for it on one on one and it was amazing. Do you prefer this group workshops or do you prefer like more one on one with the people.
