All five of those competencies factor together to really help people be effective leaders. A great leader is flexible, right? An you can come to be what your team organization needs you to be in that moment. The willingness to ment and try new things, i think, is also key. I think vulerability can be useful, and we do a lot with that at the g s b as well.
