The Role of Shareholder Power in Changing Institutions

There's no silver bullet to complex problems. I see that there's a plethora of partial solutions that's the best you're going to get. So it's, there's a role for everyone to play in bringing their own, building their piece of the quilt. There needs to be a place where it's like, well, if you speak up, we'll hire you. And then there's reforming existing institutions. It's got to be an all of the above approach. This is one of many, one of many bullets we're going to need.
