How Did You Know That You Were Not Good Enough?
A few weeks ago, i was doing things for the business, dynamite jobs, and i just thought to myself, i suck et this. How did you know that you weren't good enough? Did you decide to give that task to someone else, or outsorcit, or hire someone or did you power through it? No, i didn't power through i just thought, i'm not actually good at this work. And so just recognizing that we needed to find somebody who was good at it,. Not just om who's willing, but somebody who brings that track record into the organization.
