How to Divide Up Tasks in a Startup
Many companies early stage companies point fingers who does what or one persons. They're not in charge of each other in charge of twenty different things a small team of four everyone's wearing so many hats. Make sure that those are the lineated specifically for example you're in charge of a char i'm in charge of thisYou might have a long list of things that you're responsible for but you divide up on who's responsible for what function. Then when you do your kpi's you can do a dashboard that just list your own responsibilities based on the triggers and the timeline and what's happening with real data.
