The Importance of Chinese Built Vehicles in the US
Chinese vehicles are definitely filling the gap that we, I'm talking really more of the European market in general. If you want to get an Audi e-tron, but it's going to take 18 months, at least a year before you can get it. The tax credit is not eligible on a Chinese built vehicle. That's impacted Polestar in particular. They have very successful dealerships, particularly in California and New York. But they aren't getting that benefit. Not having access to the benefit is going to cool some of the plans for Chinese OEMs to move into the US.
