How Do We See Peter Acting in the Book of Acts?
Peter is regularly given what appears to be something over and above just being a disciple. He sometimes sounds in Scripture like more than an apostle, he says. The keys of the kingdom are only ever given to Peter; they're never given to the church corporate. And there's also evidence that when Jesus refers to binding and loosening, it's just a callback to Isaiah 22 with a lyachimim.
