Don't Screw Up the Production

There was another argument made by smaller producers, that we shouldn't be importing any oil and gaswet when prices were too low. And so becauseth lower prices ore. Higher prices benefit and hurt different segments of the american economy. The solution that everybody could agree on is don't screw up the production. From at least a government standpoint, that makes a lot of sense.
