How to Close a Partnership Successfully

There's often partnership managers who are employed on a full-time basis and they're always working on a partnership that's about to close. But the lag is so long, like you want to get to two years, it just actually never closes. So what would you do to prevent that sort of dynamic happening? I think there's two ways to look at it, right? The more you do more of that, it's kind of like a leading indicator. And then the laggard indicator is the outputs where referrals start to come back to you. You need to give for a period of time with your key partners before you expect things to come back and return.
