i gather there's a certain amount of emphasis on spreading that model globally, or am i wrongy? The kind of the the early nineties, you know, triumphalism. An its justi is purely, it's a vision of politics reduced to kind of management and reduced a kind of pure bureaucracy were all o the kind of questions of substance an can have already been solved.
