The Importance of Control in Muscle Movements

The use of momentum strategically with a controlled eccentric often results in eccentric overloading to practice. And then you have like some more niche applications like soft one curls or doing chin ups and then switching to a pronated grip at the top before you go down. But it's very difficult to monitor progressive overload. So I recommend those things only for like accessory exercises, not the main benchmark lifts.
