Is VS Code Online?

The live share team is really its own team. And I've only started working with this team since the last time we talked. So VS code is actually built as far as I understand it's an Electron app, right? And so it's built using a lot of web technologies. Thankfully, all that legwork was already pretty much established and done by the time that I got there. However, there's still a lot of moving parts in VS code and visual studio for live share because it's not just sinking collaborative edits. It's also sinking in telecents, like if you're using C sharp or type script and we plan on supporting more languages in the future.
