Is It a Good Time Crunch Program?

If you're feeling really good for all of those rides, like if you do like two threshold rides in a VO to max ride, it's probably fine. It doesn't mean that you have to kill yourself on every ride. If you only get on the bike twice a week, you are doing yourself a disservice by skipping the zone to stuff. And so physiologically, even though it's, it's actually different between being above and below LT one, like endurance pace and kind of into tempo stuff. But it's still part of a continuum of adaptations.
