What's Happening Inside a Cow?
The only creatures on the planet that can digest cellulose are bacteria. And sometimes those bacteria work symbiotically with animals like the cow, or with bison,. Or, you know, name your ruminant. So what's happening inside a cow or inside a bison? They have those multiples that timatly chambered stomach that we call a ruminants. Inside that stomach is just a vast vat of bacteria. It has to be very neutral, cause if it's too acid, it kills the bacteria. But they make a sympiotic community between all of them.
