How Do Our Brains Respond to Uncertainty?
Anxiety is a symptom of the way that the brain reacts to uncertainty. And our brains are what's called coding machines. We're perntly trying to keep ourselves safe when not necessarily. Our brains don't want us to be createv f they wanted us to be safe, which means they kind of and block us. Some people seem to have this superhero power where they don't laga fear response,. or they know how to manage it, and they stay calm. But i realizei through my research tatte, that something can change. It really does go through this process emen tat im discovered on this journey, uftor the fearfog sasis.
