The Effects of Masks in Public Health Campaigns
Researchers found that wearing sergical masks is far more effective than cloth masks. The researchers linked surgical masks with an 11% drop in risk, compared to just a five % drop in risk for cloth masks. But i think here's another important cavia. Researchers said that it's likely that the impact of masks, potentially, of both types, could be much higher because they were only able to track symptomatic cases.
