Three presidents, sitting presidents, were subpoenaed by Congress. None of them testified under a subpoena; Bill Clinton testified voluntarily. So this is now up to Donald Trump whether he will comply with this. It expires when this Congress expires and we are now just 24 or 26 days, less than a month away from the midterm elections where control of Congress will be decided.
