We Lack Accountability

Organisations are trying to pivote. They're trying to make change. And it's the same if you are trying to follow jesus. We lack accountabilityi this is so true. Some of us, even when i say the word accountability, you like, i don't need people in my business. But if you want to be a person who practices what you preach, you need accountability. You need somebody to say, remember what you said. Remember your values and beliefs. It becomes ok to not practise what you preach. As a result of lacking accountability, we lack integrity.
