The Longevity Protocol

You only need to fast long, what we call the periodic fasting. You can do intermittent fasting every day. The studies that we've done, you do it once a month, only five days,. Once a month for six months, and then just once every three months to maintain. So on average, eight boxes per year. That was the protocol that showed to be effective.
