How to Optimize Your Bone Health Across the Lifespan

There's still so much to be known about the longer term effects of bone health. I was advised to keep going on my path that i've been taking for the last four or five years and that I shouldn't limit myself with what I think I might be able to achieve with an increase in my bone health. If you could issue listeners of the show who are mixed group from athletes recreational athletes competitive athletes to coaches practitioners but if you could issue one piece of advice we might make this specific to bone health to optimize their bone health what would it be right okay no pressure?
