The Paradox of Leadership

When things are going bad, it's your job to pull them up to level. When things are good, that's when you come in and you are a little harder on your team. That's the paradox of leadership. I was not a great leader for a long fucking time. i grew into a decent leader, and i have a long way to go before i became great leader.
