JD Martinez was really the most consistent offensive player for the Red Sox in that 2018 ALDS and he completely changed their lineup. Bernie Williams had a couple of big moments against Boston, but I'm putting him on the list because he's one of the most undervalued Yankees of the last 30 to 35 years. Pedro goes six innings, one hit with a serious injury. In so many big playoff spots that that game six, it changed the trajectory of the series. Derrick Schilling brought toughness to the pitching staff that they didn't have previously as just Pedro and Lowe.
