The Importance of Adult Sports

Caitlin was the women's champion of the Jewish Community Center falafel 5k local race in North Asheville about a hundred participants. This is Caitlin's first endeavor back since giving birth to Lila five months ago which is really impressive because she had a surgical birth to c-section so the fact that she's running it all is neat. She beat the second place woman by 14 seconds that woman came in in a pair of old brooks the vapor flies were the difference maker you know you're not talking about an all-American world class runner here but she had those vapor flies.
