Jane Kowalski's 911 Call
In the span of just 15 minutes, 3 911 calls were placed about Denise, one of them by Denise herself. The Northport Police Department didn't even find out about this call until the following day. At 630 p.m. another call was made to 911 by a motorist named Jane Kowalski. She said she heard someone screaming and a commotion coming from a car that was in the lane next to her. This would be the fourth call so far that day but unlike the previous two, it was rooted at Charlotte County's 911 call center.
