The Coercive Parenting of Roman

"Archie" opens with a scene where Roman is the favored son. In order to be the favored son, you have to do things to prove your loyalty to your dad. Logan asks his son to break the bad news to his brother that he's not going to show up for his wedding. And then he asks him to fire Jerry. There's something about her that turns him on when she disciplines him. He never had a mom. She wasn't present. Here's this woman who is doing this disciplinarian act and putting guardrails up. It's a whole other thing.
