Using a Non Invasive Positive Pressure in a Patient With a Heart Failure
Start small. We'll try the nasal canyon. Lat, did that work? Maybe that improved your oxygen. But her work of breathing is still high. She seems like somebody who might benefit from positive pressure. And so there's kind of two ways we could do that. High flow nasal canula or a mask on her and n her arupte machine.
