Even if energy is zero in China, you have to think about inputs. There's certain places in Africa, tons of stuff in Indonesia and Australia. All of those things may not have to go to China because there are subsidies or there are equivalently cheaper decisions that governments can make so that they choose not to send it. That's the kind of sophisticated decision-making that is emerging because of this de-globalization trend.
