The Fed is well aware that the way that they conduct the pricing methodology on housing makes them lack actual developments. The news of the day, as we record on the 16th of June, is that there is no news in Japan. I think Weda is like Yellen in 2015, 2016, 2015, 2016,. 17 in the US. Nominal growth in Japan is running at what? I think 6% or so. And he says, you know what? I'll make it run hotter for a bit. But dude, we're talking about Japan here. So inflation going higher in Japan is always a big question mark.
