A CBDC Is a Central Bank Digital Currency

A central bank digital currency can be programmed, meaning they can program the set of rules into the money before you even get it. Congressman Tom Emmer has put a bunch of bills forward to really stop this down. A CBDC is no different than the dollar that we have now. The government can still just create as much as they want. And it's still digitally, just like we move our dollars today.
