The Myth of the Russian

There was a 1905 Russian revolution. The reason Bolsheviks came to power is that that provisional government made deals with the West to continue World War I. That was what caused the Bolshevik revolution. If the liberal government had done what the people had wanted, which is end the war. And this is where the myth of the Russian comes in. There's this myth in the West where we stereotype Russian people as being impervious to pain. Given Russia's history over the last 150 years, they may be the least pain tolerant people in the world. But my point is that if you look at history of Russia, you're going to struggle to find me a conflict that Russia won being an aggressor
