Expectation is huge with a lot of men that i work with, and it diminishes their power in a huge way. When you're doing good deeds with the expectation of something in return, it's not a powerful actions. And then when you don't get what you want, you collapse. So if you're doing a lot of things, they're disingenuous, and you're doing them to get a specific thing from your partner, you want to stop,. If you can't do it out of love and joy, don't do it. Just learn to say no.
