Latino Gang Violence in Southern California

Mexican Mafia controls most Latino street gangs south of Bakersfield. Experts say intense racial hatred among Mexican Mafia shot colors has led them to issue a green light on all blacks. Random racially motivated hate crimes have been committed across the 88 cities of Los Angeles County by Latino gang members. Anti-black violence conducted by Latino gangs in Los Angeles has been ongoing for more than a decade.
