Is Your Fear Turning in or Becoming There?

I wasn't sure on what today's episode was going to be, I was meditating about a week ago and I thought it might have been a vulnerability house. And one of my biggest fees is that I turned into my brother. My parents picked him up yesterday and took him to rehab for the first time. So he's just in and out sort of going through a bit of a routine,. A bit of a pattern and he's finally built the courage up to go to rehab. He got out yesterday and he was in for about 10 months. Like he'd be going through a lot in this moment. Yeah. For me, mate, I'm only 24, but I'm well
