The Differentiation of the Parenchymal and Plural Blood Patch

The parenchymal blood patch is a technique that was developed by Fred Lee at Wisconsin. The plural blood patch uses higher volume, like 50 to 60 cc's of the patient's blood. I think it works better if you have less air in the plural space, right? Rob: Don't settle for just prone and supine, but sometimes we'll bump up the side.
