I do think if we take little bit, casing your example of taking things to the extreme end, and if wef we go, you know, maybe ten, 15 years into the future, we have a couple of trends that are helping us right. The world will get to a balance for engineering. I mean, i hope for all of us it lasts a little out longer. But, you know,. isn't the extremely highly nopaid job for everyone that t is we have more engineers.
Charity Majors, co-founder, and CTO of honeycomb.io, joins us to talk about everything that's wrong with engineering cycles, how throwing money at the problem by hiring more people is making it worse, and what we can do about it.
Find out:
- How to create systems that increase software engineering productivity,
- Which toolsets can enable shorter feedback loops,
- How elite teams have figured it out,
- How infrastructure engineering is key to all of this and more!
