I think unless you can get there with yourself, right, open to the vulnerability of yourself, which mostly we push away, like in trauma work. It's like those coping mechanisms that we have, we shouldn't demonize those either because they also save our lives, right? Sometimes. You know, it's the thing about psychology, we have to be careful about if it's got a lot of right and wrong, good and bad in it. And the world is not like that. The world is in gradations, right? It's good today and bad tomorrow.
