The Dangers of Breathing Through Your Mouth

Breathing through your mouth is not normal and physiological normal mode of breathing was always in and out through the nose. Up to 50% of study children are persistently mouth breathing, we don't have a figure for adults because it's just a topic that doesn't get attention but I put it out there. Any of your listeners who are waking up with a dry mouth in the morning, they are not likely to wake up feeling fresh Because breathing through the nose you have a deeper sleep, you have a better sleep and you know it's just it's pure. There's more quality sleep and mouth breathing just doesn't do it.
