If any of these drivers if your contract is up in 2025 and there are opportunities other teams then sack your manager you know they're not doing a job. Leclerc would entertain maybe the possibility of going somewhere else whereas Carlos Sainz knows that probably Ferrari is good thing for him as it is as it would be for any driver.
