Training Burn Out
i've had it occur a number of times throughout my training career, and i think for most people, it's going to occur more the further you get into training. It took me o 20 18 and 20 19, like, i was still training, but the structure came from not having really a an objective at the time. I didn't really have anything down the pipe line in terms of competitions or, you know, power lifting meets. Ah, now, this year, things have been significantly better, like the earth. Even since then, ithink when i've had it periodically, since then, it's been more due to the fact, Like, i write my own training.
