In this theory of consciosne, i imagine there is also a sense in which we share in consciousness. So when consciousness lets itself get lost, it loses its own identity and thinks that it's some little thing. By letting myself get lately lost and end doing evil things, competing and and all that stuff, then waking up eventually ive, i realized that i transcend that.
