The Effects of Leverne Twining on Mouse Weight Loss

H. Leverne Twining used an extraordinarily sensitive scale that could measure a hundredth of a microgram to test his theory about the loss of moisture in mice. Several other mice were treated in the same way, and in every case, there was a loss of varying between one to four milligrams. The scales were then rebalanced to taking four milligram to replace the weight lost.
