Most engineering teams have some document it's usually a stock or a github ripo. A check list is one of the least active ways for adults to actually learn something new. Adults really need to be party to in making decisions about their own learning experience. Sophor engineers are no exception from that. And so sophor engineers often like to get into the code really quickly, start to solve problems and get into their puzzle work.
