Every business is made up of five interdependent systems. He talks about how you go from one to the next. This was a, maybe something that seems really straightforward and common sense,. But when he laid em out in the book, he kind of showed how they work. And this part i thought was really good. Some of the later stuff where he talks about systems, i thought, he has a whole section devoted to systems at the end but i wasn't as impressed with that.
