Organs Save Lives

Would you support legislation that says, organs save lives, so every person that dies by must be an organ donor? Yes, ho poly wood a, as long as the family gets to make their proper respects. I mean, a dead body is a dead body. Once you have use, once you finishd using all your organs of stuff, and it can be good use for somebody else. Of course, i'm not against that at all. So once the person's dead, you don't, there should be any bodily autonomy or so if they so.
