The History of the Dutch Distillery
The original recipe for Geneva whiskey was one part barley malt, two parts un-multed rye. And then a little bit of juniper berries and alittle bit of hops, you know, and then that was it. One of the first distiller or the first distillery opened on Staten Island in early 19th century.
