Tuning Into Needs and Embracing Creativity

On todays episode I chat with Spencer Thompson, a Level 2 IFS Practitioner. He practices what he calls 'Self-Leadership Coaching,' emphasizing how IFS and Self-Leadership can impact us daily. He is passionate about group dynamics and creating unique container spaces that invite people into situations to practice and share in Self-leadership with others. He also loves helping people communicate for their parts and listen for the parts of others.
