What Is the Problem With Tibet?
Tibet could see a strategic problem arising in the next ten, 15 yearsm perhaps sooner. The indians have completed their intra structure and are much more able to intervene or cause trouble at the border coincident with an internal rebellion. They may be tibet dispotic communities in the west who will do their own search which would not agree with either of the other two searchers. So one can imagine a very fcult time.
